This is a preview site filled with fictional sample content. Here is what it records, in plain terms.

Visit counts

dolores keeps simple daily totals of a few events: page views by type of page, directory listing opens, clicks on a listing's website or contact buttons, and clicks on advertisements. Each event adds one to a count for that day. We do not keep a record of individual visits.

• No cookies are used to identify or follow visitors.
• IP addresses and browser details are not stored with these counts.
• To stop the counts being flooded, the server briefly holds a visitor's network address in memory to limit how many events can be counted per minute. It is never written to the database and is forgotten within minutes.
• The admin area is not counted.

Cookies

The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for the site's publisher when they use the admin area. Visitors do not receive cookies from dolores.

Advertising inquiries

If you use the demo form on the advertising page, the name, organisation, email address, format interest and message you enter are saved in this site's database with the date, so the publisher can read them. They are not emailed, sold or shared, and they are not sent to any advertiser. The publisher can delete inquiries at any time. Please don't include health information.

Other services

Fonts load from Google Fonts and some photographs load from Unsplash. Your browser contacts those services directly, so they receive standard request information such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.

Website assistant

The optional preview assistant is provided by Rhema Web's shared Chatbot Studio. When you open it, your browser connects to chatbots.rhemaweb.biz. Questions, responses and conversation identifiers are processed by that service and its AI provider, and conversations are retained there for up to 90 days. Please do not enter health information or other sensitive personal details.

The assistant explains this preview and links to its pages. It cannot recommend treatment, verify practitioners, make bookings, collect leads or accept payments. All provider information on this preview is fictional.
